Working in the metal fabricating and manufacturing industries was never easy. Connecting all the members of our community with the resources they need to thrive isn’t either – but we’re getting better at it every year. 

Since 1970, the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, Int’l has been working to keep the chips flying, from the shop floor to the boardroom table. Along every step of the journey, we strive to provide a clearer path to a prosperous future for all. 

Over the decades, our NBT Foundation has awarded scholarships and grants to give more young people opportunities to become makers. The FABRICATOR, along with all of our industry-leading publications, informs our community and shares the stories of individuals and businesses that are shaping our world.  

At FABTECH each year, we are filled with pride as our industry gathers to network, learn, teach, and demonstrate the latest in innovative technologies that will shape our future.  

FMA is all of these things, just as much as it is a membership association that serves thousands of individual, student, and business members today. Our training offerings both online and in-person connect professionals from various parts of the industry to the specific knowledge they need. Our in-person events are packed with relevant technical information, impactful expert commentary, and world-class networking opportunities you can’t find anywhere else.  

FMA members have the inside track and are the first to know about what we’ve got to offer – but FMA serves the industry with news, training, and up-to-date technology in an ever-changing world. Our work and our tools continue to evolve as the years go by; so does the FMA. 

With all these brands and offerings, we are uniquely positioned to bring metal fabricators, manufacturers, finishers, and suppliers together as a community with an intense sense of pride in what we do.
